"Customer service is on my mind today as it is every day.  GLC’s motto is “Consider it Done”.  It is not “It’s not my job.”  When we look at customer service and what we provide to our clientele the best marketing tool we have is what we bring every day with every request and every task we complete.  The best marketing tool is how we provide our customer service.  When we provide customer service with a positive outlook, a smile and service that is of the best quality in that specific situation we have provided the ultimate marketing campaign.  One note to think about.  Customer service is also performing a service that is not expected or is outside our normal scope.  What better way to sell our services and our company than to not only provide excellent service for the tasks that are expected but to also provide on occasion service for tasks that are not expected."
