The author points out that "inconsistent collaboration among information stakeholders" is one of the key inhibitors to a successful information governance program. She suggests a list of questions which, if answered "no," will provide us with constructive direction. Lots of good advice here - I'd add regular meetings of an IG steering committee to the list of primarily IT solutions.
