New Addition to GLC Legal Consulting Group: Heidi Hayden

The GLC Legal Consulting team is excited to announce its newest addition to the team, Heidi Hayden. Heidi has extensive experience in providing clients with a unique service which combines a high-level strategic focus on the needs of the organization with the implementation of appropriate programs, policies and/or changes that create successful and sustainable results within the human resources department and across the organization.

Heidi's areas of client focus include strategy development and execution and auditing and developing human resource operations to include process improvement and documentation. Heidi assists clients with evaluating and revamping benefit programs, facilitates training and coaching to improve the handling of employee relations issues, and works to identify and facilitate appropriate management and employee training programs including ways to strengthen working relationships. 

Heidi also works with clients on managing large- and small-scale projects to include outsourcing, program introductions and system implementations. Heidi brings 30 years of progressive human resource leadership and experience building and developing innovative human resource programs and departments. She is an experienced c-suite executive with a background which includes the position of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for prominent NYC based national and international law firms and Chief People Officer (CPO) of a nationally recognized not-for-profit cultural institution.

Heidi served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. She holds an MS Degree in management and HR. She has extensive experience as an adjunct professor teaching graduate level courses in leadership, management and human resources. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
